We are all seeking a safe place in a chaotic world.

My paintings are inspired by 20 years of practicing Chinese medicine, studying Chinese philosophy, and working with people who are looking for peace within.

Painting, for me, is my interpretation of how my patients feel when they are lost, lonely and depressed and how that can be transformed into feelings of strength and hope.

My work takes place is North Wales, in my 'Little White Studio.'

I am a fully registered Acupuncturist & a current member of the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture, UK (subject to their strict codes of practice & ethical conduct). I acquired my BSc (Hons) in Chinese Medicine in 2009.

I offer a combination of Acupuncture & Shiatsu therapy, dependent on specific patient needs. Since 2014, I have worked with the Back to Health team in both their Mold and Chester clinics. I am also available for home appointments.

Acupuncture works through stimulating the body's healing responses or immune system. 'Acupoints' lie on lines or channels in the body, and are stimulated by the insertion of fine needles at various locations. The actions of each point (and combinations of points), and their effectiveness in treating different diseases, have been learnt through clinical practice for many centuries. In recent years many of these actions have been scientifically refined and verified by modern research.

Shiatsu is a traditional hands-on Japanese healing therapy. It can help a wide range of conditions – from specific injuries to more general symptoms of poor health. Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing experience, and regular Shiatsu sessions help to prevent the build up of stress in our daily lives.

I have treated many clients with a wide range of conditions, ranging from acute & chronic pain through to stress & anxiety related problems. There is sound evidence which links Acupuncture to the effective treatment of back, neck & joint pain. I also have a special interest in women’s health; working alongside many women undergoing fertility treatment & IVF (throughout conception, pregnancy, birth & postnatal). I have also assisted in the turning of breech babies, before their subsequent successful deliveries.

I offer a professional & confidential service tailored to your individual needs. It is extremely important to me that a patient feels confident coming in for their first treatment. If you are unsure whether Acupuncture or Shiatsu can help you, I offer a free of charge 15 minute consultation to answer any questions you may have.
